Seller Option #1: Full Service Program
- 3.75%
This is your "traditional" real estate model.
It gives you, the homeowner, all the benefits of being listed
on the
MLS® System of the Ottawa Real Estate
Board without any risk or money up front (if your
home does not sell you pay nothing). Flat Rate
Realty provides all the same services as our competition but you only pay 3.75% in total commissions when your property is sold.
Compare this to a 5% commission
charged by many other companies!
Seller Option #2: Select Service Program
This program gives you, the homeowner, all the benefits of being listed
on the
MLS® System of the Ottawa Real Estate
Board, for a low, upfront listing fee and you pay for only those
services you feel necessary (such as Realtor represented open houses,
advertising, specialty signs, etc.). If your
home is sold by a
co-operating
Broker you
will pay a commission fee (usually 2 to 2.5% of the
selling price) on closing. If
you, the Seller, introduce
and show your home to a Buyer who is not
represented by another Realtor®, you
eliminate the commission payable to the
co-operating
Broker.
