We first enlisted Barry Humphrey five years ago to help us buy a luxury townhouse in a certain development on the Canal where there were none for sale that interested us at that time.  He canvassed everyone in units we would consider buying, and found a seller immediately.  Next, he sold the condo we had been living in, very quickly, that was located in Ottawa East.   

Several years later, my elderly father wanted to buy a condo in a specific highrise, using a real estate agent that he knew.  The agent did not return my calls for several days so I called Barry.  We viewed the available units the next day and made an offer which was accepted.  Following this, Barry placed my father’s house for sale and sold it within a month.  This was a 50 yr old home in need of much TLC and repairs but he obtained a very good price for it.  Also, he put us in touch with someone experienced in dismantling estates and selling contents, which was a godsend.   

Barry also negotiated a very good deal for us on a high rise condo Penthouse apartment that was being built, which we now have as an investment.  Additionally, he found us excellent tenants for it, the first for 19 months the second for 5 years.
