Please accept this letter as an expression of my sincere gratitude
and compliments for a job well done (understatement!) by Susan
Spidle. During the listing process, Susan was very clinical
and objective about the strengths and weaknesses of my home.
For that I am very grateful. I appreciated her forthrightness.
In the end, my home was listed higher than I thought appropriate,
but still less than Susan's best judgment. I guess I should have
listened more carefully to Susan; I might have received a little
more than my home eventually sold for in an amazing 24 hours.
Nonetheless, our family was spared the ongoing challenge of keeping
the home spotless (a difficult task at best with three teenagers at
home) and that was ultimately worth the difference in price to us.
